Whimsy Do’s was created to give children a haircut experience that feels safe, thoughtful, and joyful. What started as a family dream during an uncertain time has grown into a space designed entirely around kids and their comfort!
Whimsy Do's began in 2020 during lockdown, when our family came together to build something meaningful. From renovations and murals to the custom salon chairs, nearly everything in the salon was designed and built by me and my family! Every detail you see was created with care, creativity, and a shared belief that kids deserve better haircut experiences.
Princess Whimsy, her friends, our name, and logo were all created by my younger sister. These characters aren't just decorations, they help create the imagination and sense of comfort that make Whimsy Do's feel special. You'll often see her on weekends welcoming families at the front desk, so be sure to say hello!
From hair accessories to small rewards, every item in our salon is thoughtfully chosen by my mom, who works hard to find things kids truly love! She also proudly steps into the role of Easter Bunny and Santa, helping create joyful memories for families beyond the haircut!
My dad and uncle built everything else, from the custom seating to the front desk. If something needs fixing or creating, they're the ones behind it. Their hard work helped shape Whimsy Do's into what it is today!
We opened our doors on January 26th, 2021, and we are incredibly grateful for every family who has supported us along the way! Whimsy Do's continues to grow because of the love and trust our community has shown us, and we're honored to be part of your family's memories!
